    Greetings! I’m Jobelle (Ms. Belle) Harris — Mindset and Goal Success Life Coach and the founder of Balance with Ms. Belle. I help individuals gain clarity, strengthen their mindset, and create intentional lives that feel grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

    I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology, along with multiple professional coaching certifications, including a Master Certification in Mindset Life Coaching and Professional Certifications in Goal Success and Transformation Coaching.

    My work centers on guiding clients through meaningful mindset shifts, helping them break old patterns, build confidence, and create habits that support long-term success. My approach is warm, supportive, and holistic — blending emotional awareness, practical strategy, and behavior science to help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes.

Your first coaching session with me is a free Foundation Session, created to give you a safe, grounded space to explore what you’re experiencing and what you want to shift in your life. This is a true coaching session — not a consultation, not a pitch, and not a rushed overview.


During this session, we slow down, get curious, and begin uncovering the patterns, desires, and possibilities that matter most to you. You’ll leave with clarity, insight, and a sense of direction — whether you choose to continue coaching or not.


I offer the Foundation Session at no cost because I believe you deserve the chance to experience coaching in a real, meaningful way before making a commitment. This session allows us to connect, explore your needs, and ensure the coaching relationship feels aligned — for both of us.

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a personalized coaching blueprint outlining your focus areas, recommended program length, weekly themes, and the tools that will support your growth.

From there, we move through a tailored coaching journey designed specifically for your season, your pace, and the transformation you’re ready for.
